The PubPartout® Pub d'Or® Award is awarded to Helen Foto-op-ulos

On Monday, May 7th, PubPartout®/Brand Everything® executives and subordinates were in attendance at the Conseil d'arrondissement du Plateau Mont-Royal with a surprise for borough mayor Helen Foto-op-ulos: she was the recipient of the PubPartout® Pub d'Or® Award!

Like the Oscar® of corporate cronyism, this award goes to the person or group that does the most to promote the interests of money and corporations over those of the people.  For her tireless efforts to silence opposition to ad trucks and allow them to continue to flow freely through the streets and violate historic sites, Mme. Foto-op-ulos proved herself worthy for this most prestigious prize.

Before our ceremony could begin, we had to sit through the ramblings of one Erik Chevrolet, a so-called "activist" trying to get our beloved ad trucks banned:

Fortunately, Helen, once again, didn't disappoint and gave more of the same non-committal question-dodging responses she has over the last few meetings.  Clearly she had earned her award and our CEO Brandon You presented it to her:

It's also interesting to note that later at the same meeting, the council voted for allowing surveillance cameras on St-Laurent Boulevard, right after trying to confiscate the tapes of people filming a public meeting.  Just one more reason why Helen Foto-op-ulos deserves her award.

We hope she will accept it soon.
